Simply put, weve been there. We are Dawn Holzer and Linda Smith, two organizational development
specialists who have over 40 years collective experience in the field – training, coaching, managing, running
businesses, and consulting. We have rich backgrounds working with clients in a variety of industries. We have
facilitated all sorts of groups – executives, non-profit boards, hospital administrators, front-line supervisors,
prison guards, and the list goes on!
Weve learned a lot in those 40 years. A lot about different industries and workplace cultures. A lot about the
kinds of challenges that emerge in the workplace. A lot about people.
Weve learned that every industry – indeed, every organization – is unique and has its own set of challenges.
Weve also learned that many themes show up again and again, in wildly different circumstances.
